**Wedding Item Rental Policy for The Margaux** **1. Reservation and Booking** - A signed rental agreement and deposit are required to confirm your reservation. - The deposit will be applied toward the total rental fee, with the balance due prior to the event **2. Payment Terms** - Full payment must be received at least 30 days before the event date. - We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or electronic transfers. - A security deposit may be required and is refundable upon safe return of items. **3. Item Usage** - Items are to be used solely for the purpose of the wedding event at The Margaux. - The renter is responsible for handling items with care and ensuring they are not altered or damaged. - Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unless damage occurs. **4. Replacement Fee - Damaged Items must be replaced by the renter at the same market cost that The Venue purchased the item. The renter will also process payment for shipping and handling. **5. Damages and Loss** - The renter is responsible for any damages, loss, or theft of rented items during the rental period. - Repairs or replacement costs will be billed accordingly. **6. Cancellation and Refunds** - Cancellations are not processed after 14 days - Deposits are non refundable **7. Cleanliness and Return** - Items should be returned clean and in their original condition. - Cleaning services will be billed if items require cleaning upon return. **8. Insurance** - The renter is encouraged to secure insurance coverage for the rented items. **9. Other Conditions** - No smoking or open flames are permitted near rented items unless specified. - The Margaux retains ownership of all items at all times. By renting our items for your wedding at The Margaux, you agree to abide by these policies.
